Referenced by Alco as the “GE Style #1”, the GE 5GYA-3A1 was a bulky axle generator used mostly on Alco RS2, RS3 and RS11’s, with a handful of others getting it here and there. This generator could not be “clocked”, as the journal sump was part of the housing, sometimes leading to some odd cable arrangement’s. We are including two styles of wire, one flexible, and one that can be formed in place. Includes 4 generators.
