Description
This GE MM24 generator is mounted on the 8-bolt, angled oil bath style journal cover. These were common on lots of late era RS’s including RSD12’s, RS27’s and others, as well as some early Centuries and GE U boats. These were used for the wheel slip system and typically had a cable drive speedometer on the other side of the locomotive (we have several of those too!). Includes 4 per package with wire.
